Our first line of communication for technical support on your Tekcel CNC router is the telephone line. Often simple problems can be resolved by talking to one of our technicians. Our second line of communication is the internet. Our Touch Screen Controller allows a Tekcel technician to remotely log into the controller, assess any issues your machine may be having and correct them. For more complex problems a factory trained Tekcel technician can attend your factory and repair your Tekcel machine onsite.
